Beyonce Knowles Takes Bite Out Of Apple

Enjoying some time on the East Coast, Beyoncé Knowles was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday afternoon (August 11). The “Run the World (Girls)” songstress looked summertime sexy in a colorful dress as she stepped out of her chauffeured car to find shutterbugs waiting for her. As for her four-night stand at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan, it seems Beyonce is a sell-out queen. Tickets to all four gigs were gone in a matter of minutes. Her label Columbia Records tweeted, “It’s official @Beyonce’s 4th & final show at Roseland Ballroom is SOLD OUT! That’s a total of 4 sold out shows next week!”

Beyoncé's father, Mathew Knowles, manages Destiny's Child. Her mother, Tina Knowles, designs their glittering costumes. Solange Knowles, her sister (they're about 5 years apart), has released her debut album. She dances with her big sister during DC-3 concerts.
